MOR was thrilled to support the media launch of FashionOnTop, a new concept luxury store located in the heart of Collins street, Melbourne. Renowned as the biggest stockist for Manolo Blahnik footwear in Australia, and a stockist of Alex Perry, Alice McCall, Preen and Karen Walker, to name but a few. MOR Emporium Classics Fragrant Candles were displayed throughout the décor as it lit the night elegantly and filled the space with the delicate scent of Candied Vanilla. Media enjoyed a night of live entertainment, cocktails and canapés and were treated to a luxury goody bag. 





MOR was honoured to sponsor The Enchanted Ball on 21st November 2014, hosted at Crown’s Palladium, Melbourne. The Enchanted Ball is the primary fundraising activity hosted by The Financial Markets Foundation for Children to raise funds for research into children's health issues. This annual event brings together a number of Australian philanthropists in support of The Financial Markets Foundation for Children.

 

The Foundation itself was established by both the Reserve Bank of Australia and Australia's leading banks, with the aim of raising money to enable research into a number of children's health issues that would otherwise go unfunded. There is also a focus on university and research hospital start up programs which often do not attract government support.

 

MOR was privileged to take part of the enchanting evening of fundraising, entertainment and networking with over 850 people, raising more than $1.22 million towards an incredible cause.





MOR was proud to support the annual Swan Hill Women in Racing Carnival Christmas Race Day. This year, SHWIR hosted a special event in our honour’s calling it the “MOR Modern Apothecary Christmas Race Day at the Hub”. MOR was gracefully presented at Fashions on the Field with a stylish member showing off a decadent MOR branded sash.

Get Your Frock On! is a Melbourne-based team fundraising in support of Frocktober Inc. This year 100% of proceeds were donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). ‘Get You Frock On!’ catered to 200 guests, joined together for an incredible cause in a night of live entertainment, a fashion runway and inspirational speeches. MOR was proud to support the silent auction, contributing to the overall success in fundraising much needed funds for the foundation.





The Moonee Valley Racing Cox Plate has become a race of great importance and prestige. It is regarded as the best weight for age race in Australasia and one of the most exciting race days. MOR proudly supported the extravagant Cox Plate Ladies Luncheon and it's special guests.





MOR was thrilled to support Barwon Health’s Andrew Love Cancer Centre, recognising 22 years of caring in their annual Catwalk for Cancer fundraising event. The most exciting event on the Geelong Social Calendar saw over 400 guests enjoy runway shows from Geelong and Melbourne retailers as well as competitions, prizes and entertainment. This event is renowned as the most exciting event on the Geelong social calendar. 

 

 



MOR proudly supported Ted Baker fundraising initiative on October 8th, 2014 to raise much needed funds and awareness for The Women's Cancer Foundation. The event was held at the recently launched Ted Baker store in the Emporium, Melbourne. VIP guest were invited to join in on a fantastic night of drinks, nibbles and fundraising auction, along with great prizes to be won on the night.

 

The highly anticipated collaboration between MOR and Ted Baker was launched on the night, where guests were also given the opportunity to purchase the Limited Edition Triple-Milled Soap individually. 

 

 



In October 2014, the Toll Charity Classic held a golf day for 288 players at the Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Course, followed by a Gala Dinner at Jupiters Gold Coast and true to its form the 500+ guests were treated to a star-studded event. All proceeds of the event was donated to the Ponting Foundation, which provides funding for a wide range of essential services that comfort and nurture young Australians with cancer while providing emotional support and financial assistance for their family.  Specifically, funds raised from the Toll Charity Classic in 2014 was used to support Redkite’s Exceptional Needs Assistance (ENA) program. MOR was privileged to support this fantastic initiative.

MOR was thrilled to support Adair Boutique’s ‘Art meets Fashion’ event as part of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week with chic gifts for their guests. The night came alive at Melbourne Public Bar in South Wharf with goodie bags, champagne and a runway showcasing Talulah, Bebe Sydney, Ruby Sees All and many more. Alex Newton’s talented fashion illustrations hung from exposed beams throughout the large venue, creating an effortlessly cool and industrial setting combining a beautiful blend of art and fashion.





The family and friends of murdered woman Jeanette “Jenny” Moss held a fundraising lunch in her honour called “Hats Off To Jenny Moss” at the Albert Park Yachting and Angling Club. The luncheon raised awareness and much needed funds towards patients suffering from Pulmonary Fibrosis at The Alfred hospital. MOR was privileged to support the silent auction and treat the guests with a special gift.





Fashion Connect helps emerging and existing fashion designers, artists, photographers, stylists, bloggers and editors with a platform to network and stimulate artistic expression as it relates to fashion. MOR was proud to support Fashion Connect at Melbourne Spring Fashion Week (MSFW) 2014 - The ultimate “Fashion Night Out” at the lavish Spice Market venue. Celebrity guests, fashion enthusiasts and industry moguls, mixed and mingled as they enjoyed the electric atmosphere with aeriel artists, the DJ and live entertainment, including special guest appearance by Bonnie Anderson. All guests were treated to premium goody bags, while a few lucky guests won several door prizes through out the night.

MOR was honored to support the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) in their annual ‘Jeans for Genes’ Gala Dinner held at the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney. CMRI is an independent organisation committed to unlocking the mysteries of childhood disease. MOR donated towards their auction contributing to the final funds raised, more than $230,000 to support CMRI’s research. 





Celebrating art, culture and the community spirit, Ascend into Darkness was a progressive black tie dinner set over three levels amidst the unique and world acclaimed urban artwork at Emerald House, South Melbourne. Commissioned by Harold Mitchell AC in 2012 this three-level car park has been jazzed up by prominent graffiti artists from Amsterdam, New York, Paris, London and our very own Melbourne in a bid to celebrate graffiti as an art form and bring life to the everyday spaces of the city.  MOR Jardinière Soy Candles featured throughout the venue and as table decor, with guests not only admiring the scent throw of Le Maroc but also the artistic details of the packaging. Guests indulged in a night of delectable flavours, art, networking and entertainment, as well as an extravagant gift bag featuring many premium goods.





The Marketing team launched the much anticipated Holiday Gifting for 2014 to Media  at the Private Room in the Argyle Exchange, The Rocks. A combination of editors, beauty and lifestyle editors were the event to see MOR’s Holiday Gifting for 2014 whilst being treated to a decadent 3-course meal. The room was set up with two display tables presenting the 2014 Holiday Gifting collection, adorned by a variety of luxe décor inspired by the Starry Nights theme. 

 




MOR NZ was thrilled to support the stunning first Bridal Couture Collection media launch at Natalie Chan Boutique. Several MOR Candle Vessels were used as gorgeous vintage inspired décor, whilst a variety of Marshmallow scented candles burned throughout the room with the delicate scent of Marshmallow.

 




The MOR NZ team launched Holiday Gifting 2014 to the media on Wednesday, 20th August 2014, throughout four intimate ‘created by you’ sessions inspired by the MOR ‘Starry Nights’ theme. Guests created their own bespoke piece of Lindi Kingi Design bracelets and Starry Nights Snow Globe. Little Bird Organic set up a café in the showroom and guests thirst were quenched with Moet and San Pellegrino. ‘Wishing Upon A Star’ Candles perfumed the room beautifully. The scent of this Limited Edition Candle encapsulated the scent of Summer fruits in the antipodes. The media absolutely fell in love with the Holiday Gifting - the rose gold accents, attention to detail and the keep-sake element of the gifting.

MOR was honoured to support Challenge at its annual ‘Diamond’s Are A Girl’s Best Friend’ Gala Dinner at Crown Palladium.

Challenge is a non-profit organisation providing children living with cancer and their families an opportunity to interact with others in similar circumstances.

 

This phenomenal event brings together over 1,500 women each year, making it a truly unique and special occasion to raise awareness and much-needed funds for the organisation to continue providing important programs and services to support children and families living with Cancer. All guests were treated to premier gifts from supporting luxury brands, while experiencing a night of entertainment, fun and inspirational performances.


 



MOR was proud to support the annual Swan Hill Women in Racing Carnival “Golden Topaz at the Hub” event with a Hamper donation and special gifting for all attendees. MOR was gracefully presented at Fashions on the Field with the stylish winner showing off a decadent MOR branded sash.
