On Friday 20th November, the Financial Markets Foundation for Children held their largest fundraising contributor – The Enchanted Ball. Primarily focused on raising funds for research into children’s health issues and welfare, the Ball is held annually with over 800 guests in attendance from across the Australian corporate landscape. We were once again honoured to support The Enchanted Ball 2015 by being a Silver Sponsor of the event. With gift bag inclusion, door prizes, vouchers and silent auction donations we were privileged to take part and help in raising over $1.3 million towards this incredible cause.

On Wednesday the 28th of October, Yellowglen held an intimate dinner at Lumia Bar, Crown Casino, in celebration of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. The guest list comprised some of Melbourne's finest fillies including fashion and beauty bloggers and online influencers. The evening was beautifully styled and all guests received a sparkling gift bag featuring our Correspondence Fragrant Candle in Quince Persimmon.

MOR was honoured to support Challenge at its annual ‘Diamond’s Are A Girl’s Best Friend’ Gala Dinner at Crown Palladium. Challenge is a non-profit organisation providing children living with cancer and their families an opportunity to interact with others in similar circumstances. This phenomenal event brings together over 1,500 women each year, making it a truly unique and special occasion to raise awareness and much-needed funds for the organisation to continue providing important programs and services to support children and families living with Cancer. All guests were treated to a premium gift bag. MOR was privileged to take part of the captivating ‘Moroccan’ themed evening of fundraising, entertainment and networking with brilliant women behind an incredible cause.





MOR was proud to support the annual Swan Hill Women in Racing Carnival “Golden Topaz at the Hub” event with a Hamper donation and special gifting for all attendees. SHWIR in the Hub is a stylish event, situated at the trackside and fully decorated enclosure that provides full views of the course and winning post.

MOR was proud to support the Heart Foundation National Campaign ‘Go Red for Women’ on 12th May at Henry Jones Art Hotel IXL Atrium. The Go Red for Women launch was call to action to the Tasmanian community to support Go Red for Women day in June, which aims to draw attention to the public by putting the spotlight on women’s heart health, symbolised by wearing red, and asking the public to donate to the Heart Foundation’s Go Red for Women campaign. The campaign also calls for a commitment to take on some form of activity that improves the heart health of individuals. Guests were treated to relaxed cocktail style atmosphere, in an evening to remember with art, fashion, fundraising and networking with researchers and key ambassadors from the Heart Foundation to the likes of Jane Stephens (Crown Princess Mary’s sister) and Kayla Gregg (Tasmanian Miss Universe finalist and also the Face of Style of local News Ltd publication.





Eat Street 2015 - Around the World in Forty Dishes- brings together over 50 of Melbourne’s best chefs and Australia’s top wine and beverage companies. This year, Eat Street was held at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins on May 19th. Guests were transported around the globe and enjoyed entrée sized dishes from Melbourne's top chefs and sampled premium beverage's from an array of beverage companies. MOR supported Eat Street 2015 with a hamper for the silent auction, with proceeds proudly supported Variety – the Children’s Charity which this year marks its 40th anniversary supporting Aussie kids that are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.

TLC for kids is a leading national children's charity providing immediate distraction and urgent support for unwell children and their families in and out of hospital. TLC have developed relationships with Health Care Professionals working with children, offering any child with any illness or health related issue an opportunity to be part of this unique children's charity. By implementing a simple, yet effective method of referral system, TLC can provide a support service quicker than any that has been available for sick children to date. As a long-term sponsor of TLC, MOR proudly supported the charity throughout the quarter with several hampers to be auctioned at their local fundraising events.





MOR was pleased to support Yellowglen and their newly appointed Creative Director, Samantha Wills. They joined together to introduce a limited edition ‘Yellow’ by Samantha Wills bubbly to media in an intimate event in Sydney. The event was held in a contemporary, restored warehouse studio which was filled with Sydney’s premier fashion and lifestyle bloggers, brand ambassadors and socialites. To celebrate her debut as Creative Director, Samantha Wills added her signature touch to the Yellowglen Yellow bottle. MOR’s Jardinière Aromatic Candles delicately fragranced and lit up the night as part of the décor throughout the room, while our Marshmallow Eau De Parfum graced the vanity of the pamper room for female guests to refresh and indulge in the fragrance. Each VIP guest was gifted with premier gifts from supporting luxury brands.

 

 



MOR proudly supported the Dymocks Children’s Charities’ 10th Anniversary Great Debate for the third year running. The Great Debate is a fundraising initiative to raise much-needed funds to assist children in need around Australia, improving their education and literacy standards. The stellar line-up of guests included over 450 corporates, including some of Australia’s largest and best known organisations such as Commonwealth Bank, Westfield, Ernst & Young and Norton Rose. The Gala led a fun filled night of celebrity debating, gourmet dining and enticing auction prizes at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. MOR generously contributed towards the silent auction as it is one of the biggest draw cards of the event .

 

 



Britomart Fashion Sessions is an annual event featuring runway shows from some of New Zealand’s top designers. Unlike many other fashion shows, every garment that hits the catwalk during Britomart Fashion Sessions will be from the designers’ current season allowing guests to fall in love with the garments on the runway then hit the Britomart Boutiques to try the collection on for themselves. MOR partnered with Kathryn Wilson, Taylor and MiNDFOOD for their fashion shows.
